TUNE-UP #1

Tune Derailleurs and Brakes.  Clean and lube chain.  Tighten shifters, levers, hub cones, stem/handlebars, seat, seatpost.  Safety Check: headset, wheels, pedals, crank, tire pressure, tread life.

TUNE-UP #2

Tune-Up 1 plus: Clean & lube drivetrain – pull crankset, cassette, chain & derailleurs. Replace cables if necessary. For hydraulic brakes, replace pads & bleed if necessary.

COMPLETE OVERHAUL

Tune-Up 3 plus: Completely disassemble. Clean every crevice. Check & repack all bearings (includes linkage with full suspension). Replace cables and housings. Reassemble. New cables, housings & loose bearings included. Other replacement parts extra.
